Basically: don’t go sharing your password and if you break these terms of use, we have the right to ban you.

We will not be liable if for any reason the Site is unavailable at any time or for any period. Basically: we are not liable for actions based on information on our site. We are in charge of content – enabling access to it and updating it. We aim to update it regularly though.

VIRUSES, HACKING AND OTHER OFFENCES

Basically: do not be one of those annoying people who creates viruses. It’s not nice and if that doesn’t matter to you, you can go to prison.

Basically: please link to our sites and spread the word. Don’t lie about us or maliciously damage our reputation.

JURISDICTION AND APPLICABLE LAW

Basically: if you do something really bad it can go to the courts. 

The courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction over any claim arising from, or related to, a visit to the Site although we retain the right to bring proceedings against you for breach of these conditions in your country of residence or any other relevant country. These terms of use and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the law of the courts of England and Wales.

Basically: we can change our minds.

Basically: when you enter your information we collect it. We also use cookies so that you don’t have to keep signing in every time.

Basically: we use your we will never ever share your data to other people unless it’s the police.

Basically: if you are signed up to our service and we need to send something critical, we have the right to send these. 

When you register, or otherwise give us personal information, Transform Foundation will not share that information with third parties without your permission, other than for the limited exceptions already listed. It will only be used for the purposes stated above. Transform Foundation may send out periodic e-mails informing you of technical service issues related to a product or service you requested. You will not be able to choose to unsubscribe to these mailings, as they are considered an essential part of the service you have chosen.

Basically: if you get sick of us, you can unsubscribe to emails. We hope you don’t though.

SECURITY OF YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION

Basically: we take good care of your data.

Transform Foundation strictly protects the security of your personal information and honours your choices for its intended use. We carefully protect your data from loss, misuse, unauthorised access or disclosure, alteration, or destruction. Your personal information is never shared outside the company without your permission, except under conditions explained above. Inside the company, data is stored in password-controlled servers with limited access. You also have a significant role in protecting your information. No one can see or edit your personal information without knowing your Username and Password, so do not share these with others.

USE OF COOKIES

Basically: to remember you, our system will give you a cookie. It’s safe. But thanks to the new regulations (grrr), you can accept them first.

To ensure we are publishing content customers need and want, Transform Foundation collects aggregated site-visitation statistics using cookies. When someone visits the site, a cookie is placed on the customer’s machine (if the customer accepts cookies) or is read if the customer has visited the site previously. Basically: if someone says something awful on our blogs, we don’t endorse it obviously and let us know about it and we will take it down.
